PCS has been retooling its operations in order to meet the technical needs of our customers in a more efficient and cost-effective manner. During this restructuring, we at PCS came to the realization that a business built on the misfortunes of our customers (computer crashes, data loss, server outages, etc) isn’t a business that we want to be in any longer.

Since PCS’s inception in January of 1996, we have prided ourselves on meeting the technical needs of our customers by minimizing network down-time in conjunction with protecting our customer’s business data (thereby protecting our customer’s business operations). While this model has sustained our customers and PCS these past 11 years, it has become apparent to us that a business model centered on customer down-time conflicts with our desires to get the customer up-and-running as quickly as possible. To remedy this conflict, Phoenix Computer Services is changing the main tenet of our mission statement to read:

“Let the customer pay us for up-time, not down-time”

Phoenix Computer Services would like to be your partner in insuring that all of your business’s technical needs are met and adhere to the highest standards possible in order to decrease downtime and increase productivity. In other words, PCS would like to earn your dollar by making sure that you earn yours.

One of the ways that PCS intends to meet this new commitment is through our remote management and maintenance system, PCSDesk. By securing certain technologies that make up the core of our new service, PCS can now fully realize its potential in providing multiple layers of technical support, from preventative system maintenance to immediate technical assistance, as well as data backup monitoring and management.

Subscriptions start at $19.95 per system per month and our Premium Subscriptions include up to a 10GB off-site data backup!
